Hi, my name is Rusty Cline. I am the president of Monument Masonry, Inc and MonumentMasonry.com. What you see above is the slogan I coined in 1996 when I started Monument Masonry, Inc. Since the summer of 2000 I've been writing and programming the I still do some selective custom contracting, but as time has gone by, more and more of it is spent on the web site and new programs. Now the slogan seems even more appropriate, but I have added one thing:

"The Customer Is Always Right!"

I am old enough to remember that philosophy! As a kid I used to shop at a little market on the corner, "Hi, Rusty!" the owner operator would say when I came in, "I just got a new order of peanut patties, I know how much you love 'em!" No big deal really. He knew what I wanted, got it for me and wanted me to come back for more!

Now days everything is so impersonal. There is a Circle K on the corner by my house and they change clerks so often that not only do they not know my name, they have no idea if I am a loyal customer or just one of a thousand faces that they'll never see again - not that I think they would care either way... I do! If I'm going to give someone my hard earned money, I don't want a "Have a nice day!", I want a plain and simple thank you! I merely want a proprietor to acknowledge that I have a choice and express a desire to keep me as a customer by being concerned about my buying experience. I will treat you like I want to be treated.

I love being treated like I'm special when I spend my money - and I WILL SEE TO IT that you are always treated like you are special, because you ARE! My reward is in seeing that you get the best service, the best product and the best attitude in the industry!
