I am just like you: I want good service when I spend my money (your money actually) and since that's what I want, I will offer nothing less.
I have been selling on eBay and the Internet for almost two years and I have never had a complaint. This is no easy feat. Service connections vary, people become frustrated - it's all about these darn computers and they can be very frustrating. So I figure it like this: I work very hard writing newsletters, writing and programming , answering construction questions via email, not to mention all the work that goes into this web site - if after all of that you're not happy, I SCREWED UP not you, so you should get your money back! I mean come on; how is it going to hurt me?
I write a mean Multitorial because I am a master at what I've done for almost 30 years. Each here is below $20.00, how can either one of us get hurt - especially you? I won't risk it! My Internet and eBay reputation is too valuable and SO ARE YOU! Over sales to date and only one refund has been requested and that was before I knew how to make the Multitorials Macintosh accessible; a customer's CD didn't work on a Mac like I said it would - I sent her money back immediately.
No one that's ever used my wanted a refund - quite the opposite actually - over 75% buy again!! I intend to keep it that way. Once you buy from me, you are the boss. I love what I am doing, so working hard at it comes easy!
