It was a treat to work with Ed and Yvonne! They had good ideas, and trusted us to give feed back and input on structural and design values.
In the 8 weeks we were working at their home, we raised 300' of wall, poured two large patios, built 5 porch columns, 8 yard columns, a pool equipment wall, in addition to 140' of seat wall and of course the fireplace you see in the gallery.
Many details were layed out and adhered to to accomplish this look. We maticulously matched the stucco. We stayed with the theme of the existing house and patio walls. The bull-nose caps on the seat wall were hand picked at Phoenix Brick to match the tile on the house.
The Maldonado's have many plans for our skills this fall . . . can you blame them?
